Welcome home indeed to our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa which sleeps 10 and is <15 minutes from Disney/Seaworld, and <20 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure!

Relax after a full day at the parks and dine if you wish at the covered lanai overlooking the clear blue waters of your very own pool! No rear neighbours assures your privacy and comfort.

Kids of all ages will be well-entertained with their own private arcade, complete with full-sized arcade games, foosball table, and casual seating area. There are so many games to choose from, we can't list them all so please email for the complete list of over 300 games!

Enjoy a good read in the spacious reception/sitting area, or spend family night in front of the large-screen flat TV...DVD player and popular board games included!

Pleasant layout with room for everyone with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three more upstairs.

The first bedroom is an accessible room as it comes equipped with double doors so is perfect for those who don't prefer the stairs. Fitted wardrobe and flat screen TV.

Also on the ground floor is the luxurious master bedroom, with its own sitting area looking out onto the pool deck, flat screen digital TV, walk-in closet, double sink and vanity, spa tub, and extra large shower area.

Upstairs you will find the second master bedroom with flat screen TV and fitted wardrobe, two twin rooms with Disney and superhero themed bedspreads and fitted wardrobes, and two full bathrooms, plus a comfortable desk and chair area for any office needs.

With our prime location less than 10 miles to Disney, you will be close to the parks but also be able to avoid much of Highway 192, which is lined with tourist traps. Instead, head north on the Highway 27 to Walmart, CVS (pharmacy), or Publix (grocery store) for all your needs, or south to Interstate 4 where you will find all the parks and also a wide range of international cuisines. Finally, Championsgate is only a few minutes away as well, as well as many other world-class courses, for the golfers in the group.

Wake up to fresh coffee and enjoy breakfast right at the bar or at the modern dining area next to the pool. All new stainless steel appliances include refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Pots and pans are brand new! Large washer and dryer included too.

The Four Corners community is very family-oriented, with a good mix of friendly and helpful owners and renters. The community also has a play area for children, basketball court, and picnicking/recreational areas…come see why we chose this community over all others, and enjoy all the upgrades our home has to offer! For your final peace of mind, our local agent is also only 15 minutes away so a quick phone call and they can address any of your needs during your visit.

Sorry, strictly no pets and no-smoking policy enforced. Pool heat is additional at $25/day and recommended for the winter months. All 5-night stays will incur a cleaning fee of $105. $500 deposit required on booking and will be refunded following checkout. Cancellations within 30 days of booking will forfeit deposit.
