Beautiful and exclusive Villa with private pool

Our Villa en la Colina is nestled, as the name hints, in the foothills of the Sierra de Bedar and overlooks the entire Mojacar region. The sea is 15 kilometers away and you can enjoy the sight of it from the terraces, on clear days you can even spot the coastline of Cartagena. Our Villa offers everything you wish for your holidays in the sun.

You have the upper two levels of our Villa at your disposal, a very exclusive and unique location. Apart from your private 6 by 12 meter beach entry pool with a waterfall at the far end and a whirlpool bench, and the 340 days of sun as guaranteed by the ministry of tourism, Villa en la Colina has the right mix between being remote and centrally located. Exactly what you'd need for a good allround package.

The Villa has four bedrooms, two with double beds, two with single beds that can be joined if needed. Eight adults fit in comfortably, we have however additional beds for children. Please contact us in case of need. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool, and when awoken by the rays of the sun one sees the water from the pool shimmer through the palm trees, that is when that holiday feeling really hits you. The other two bedroom are located one level higher and access the wrap around roof terrace that has even better panoramic views of the surroundings. The master bedroom on this floor has an en suite luxury bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

The kitchen is is very spacious and the cooking island and the seatings allow a very convivial cooking. Kettle, toaster, Microwave and dishwasher are included. There is a laundry room where you will find the washing machine.

Our dinning and lounge, partitioned by two steps, are an impressive sight with the dark wood flooring, that streches through the entire villa, and the three enormous panoramic windows only add spaciousness and light to the hughe room. The cushy sofa, the flat screen and the dolby surround system make a more than satisfying home cinema after nightfall.

That's supposed you don't spend the night out on the entirely fly screened barbecue terrace. Sitting here on one of the velvety andalusian nights, overlooking the pool and the palmtrees lit by ambient lights, you feel like being in a commercial for a carribean paradise.

During daytime you can, apart from the mandatory sunbath, play tabletennis, relax on the swing, read on one of the benches or enjoy the view upon the lands and the horses that are situated at the bottom of the Villa's grounds.

A couple of carminutes away lies famous Mojacar, that is mentioned in every travel guide about Spain. With it's almost 17 kilometers of unspoilt blue flag beaches, the closeness to Cabo de Gata natural reserve, it's white houses on the beach and in the old village it is still an exeption to the coast further north and south that have been claimed years ago already by mass tourism. Still the range of bars clubs, resaurants, chiringuitos and beachbars leaves nothing to wish for. If you would like special recommendations, let us know.

The absence of high rise hotels and the close location to the Sierra Cabrera and Sierra de Bedar mountain ranges makes this area one of the favourites of all kinds of athletes. Starting at the usual watersports like jet and waterskiing, diving, sailing, surfing and fishing over to golfing, hiking, climbing, horse riding and most of all, biking. Many of the most important national teams of Europe come here to train.
