This beautiful Istrian house with a swimming pool is nestled on the idyllic hillock of Kostanjica, with only three other houses, so you can have a quiet rest from the city hustle and bustle. During the redesigning of this object we took care to keep the traditional Istrian country house architecture. This house has all the modern amenities, yet we are proud of having preserved the charm of the olden days. The ground floor consists of a living area extending into the dining room, and the kitchen has a traditional Istrian hearth where you can prepare delicious dishes baked under the embers, or enjoy the warmth of the Istrian soup whilst listening to the crackling of fire in early spring/late autumn months. The living room staircase leads to bedroom 2, which is ideal for parents with children because it leads to bedroom 1. The third bedroom is an en suite and is 10 m away from the main entrance, next to the pool. The famous Parenzana cycling path runs by the house and should you decide to take a bike and follow it, you will find yourself enjoying the beautiful landscapes, tunnels, viaducts and spectacular views. You will have three bicycles at your disposal. The seaside and the beaches are only 15 minutes by car, down the newly built road.
