Welcome to peacefulness! This home offers three bedrooms and 3 baths and lots of Space for everyone. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bathroom, and your own private deck where you can sit out in mornings and enjoy the sound of the brook. The loft area offers two more bedrooms one with a queen size bedroom the other with a queen and full. A pack and play is provided; you may also add an air mattress for small children in one of the rooms. There is also a full bathroom in loft area. Kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with all the appliances necessary for a simple or full course meal. Huge pantry off the Kitchen and another bathroom is located on main level. Enjoy the comfy couches and seating for 8 while over looking the woods and brook right from the living area. Outdoor big deck with gas grill and patio furniture makes for a nice setting for summer nights. Kids full of energy? Send them down to the game area where they can watch TV, play Wii, ping pong or foosball. The location of this home is one of its greatest assets as it sits in a quiet country setting but yet close to the Village, Outlets, hiking trails right out the front door, and of course famous Storyland. There are five local favorite restaurants all right in the village one mile from home as well as unique country shops. Echo lake state park a fun family beach area and saco river where you can swim, tubing, canoe or kayak are minutes away. This home offers cable (including TVs in all bedrooms), free Wi Fi, and all linens/ towels and is VERY CLEAN..I could go on and on but why don't you come and see for yourself how beautiful this home is...

Great vacation home
We had a wonderful vacation with the kids and this house as our home base. We immediately liked this house and it was so close to everything we were doing in North Conway. It is near Storyland and you are right on the side of Cranmore with an easy drive to the slopes. Clean, comfy and spacious. We loved the open kitchen/dining/living room space with beautiful fireplace. The views and sounds from the back porch with the brook were peaceful especially with the kids playing in the basement game room! This house is so quiet and private set back in the woods at the end of the road. The manager was so prompt and responsive we felt like we had a friend in the area if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend to family and friends
Thanks so much I appreciate the great review.. I always try hard to be not just a rental agent to renters but also a friend.. Its important i think for renters to know I live in the area and am always available if they need me.. I have heard horror stories of people renting and the owner/or manager is not even in the area to help.. This home is in a great setting and is so CLEAN.. I strive hard to have the cleanest and nicest rentals in the valley.. I can not wait for your return!!
Perfect home, perfect getaway, close to everything
We had a amazing stay here with our family (6 adults and 2 kids) for a week of spring skiing! The location is ideal- the house itself is in a quiet wooded setting, but is very close to town and a quick 5 minute ride to Cranmore. There are also hiking trails in walking distance from the property and we had fun exploring these with the kids. There was plenty of room for all of us and we really enjoyed the open floor plan with the gorgeous fire place (perfect after a day of skiing). The rec room in the basement was definitely a bonus and was even enjoyed by the adults when the kids were in bed. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and was extremely clean. Kerri, the property manager, was exceptionally friendly, prompt, and made our stay here feel very welcoming. We have rented many other properties in the North Conway area and we would return here first. Highly recommend! We are planning on coming back to go to Story Land and Santa’s Village.

I agree that this home is beautiful and spacious for all.. I especially agree that the location is also is great. I love that you can be right in village for a cappuccino within minutes..Its always great to get the family out hiking as it is so peaceful..As the property manager I think its so important to be available and helpful to all my renters..A happy renter always returns>> I look forward to working with you again this summer!!!
