Two Mile Retreat is a fabulous custom home located in Valley of the Sun, which is one of the more prominent developments in Park County, Colorado. The home is only 25 minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort, with easy access to Highway 9. Access to the home is easy year-round.

The roomy 3 bedroom and 2 bath home can comfortably sleep between 6 and 12 people. The home has a spacious living area with a wood-burning stove open to a huge dining area and kitchen. This huge, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and beautiful views of the forest.
The main floor has two individual bedrooms equipped with queen beds and closets as well as comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. The large main floor bathroom is a full bath with a combination shower and bathtub.

The master suite has a king size bed with lots of room. There is a private balcony off of the master that overlooks the back yard and Sacramento Creek. The roomy full master bath is gorgeous with a claw foot tub, shower and two personal sinks.

Since the entire house has radiant floor hear, four air mattresses make cozy beds. There is also a Pack & Play available for our little guests.

Warm yourself by the stove while enjoying satellite television and a huge collection of movies in the spacious living room. Plenty of games and books are provided for your enjoyment and relaxation. There are darts and a foosball table on the upper level. Keep in touch with the outside world (if you must) with wireless Internet.

The house is nestled on a wooded 10-acre property and boasts a private fishing easement on the Sacramento Creek. The home has been landscaped into a series of waterfalls going from one beaver pond to the next. It is common to see moose, deer and elk from the stunning backyard.

The outdoor area behind the home is a place you will want to spend a lot of time relaxing. There is a long porch the length of the back of the home which has gorgeous views of the stream and the landscaping. There is also a wood burning chiminea and a gas grill. There is lots of room to relax and watch for moose!
Fairplay and Alma are the activity center of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and are often referred to as the base camp for activities in the area, some of which include skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain climbing, snow-shoeing, horseback riding (year-round), ice climbing, fishing, hunting, rafting, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling, ATVing, mine exploring, canoeing, kayaking, and much much more.
