The Lazy Lizard is a beautiful and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath home on North Captiva Island. North Captiva is often confused with Captiva, but is an entirely different island with its own unique character. There is no automobile access to the island and electric golf carts are the means of transport. Bridged or linked islands cannot compare with North Captiva Island (also known as Upper Captiva).

The Lazy Lizard is located in the "Jose's Hideaway" area of North Captiva Island. Very private and romantic, the Lazy Lizard sits nestled in the midst of palm trees where you can enjoy the gentle sound of the surf, warm gulf breezes and seclusion. The sandy lane at the end of the Lazy Lizard driveway leads you 500 feet to the magnificient beach overlooking the Gulf where you can stroll nearly deserted beaches, view awesome sunsets, and enjoy shelling or enjoy watching the many species of birds, dolphins, manatees and gopher turtles.

The Lazy Lizard is the perfect setting to experience the uncrowded pleasures of a truly tropical paradise. You can enjoy all the conveniences of home in this beautiful home that features an open concept kitchen with all the appliances and kitchenware that you need. The large dining room features a large table with comfortable seating. The two large full bathrooms contain both shower and tub and include towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer for your convenience. The three comfortable bedrooms include King Size Bed, Queen Size Bed and Double Bed. This beautiful home has an office area with internet access and a laundry area with washer/dryer which includes detergent and fabric softener sheets for your use. The spacious living room contains ample seating and a flat screen television with satellite service as well as a DVD player with a large variety of DVD's availabe for viewing. The wrap around deck has a table w/chairs for outside dining and relaxing and a screened-in lanai on the lower level is perfect for relaxing and contains two full size futons. The outside shower, hammock, and lounge chairs enhance your comfort and enjoyment. The golf cart (The Lizardmobile!) is ready to go so that you can cruise the island and explore the many wonders that abound on this tropical paradise. The Lazy Lizard provides many amenities such as cabanas, beach blankets, beach bags, and two bicycles for your enjoyment.
