Some of the Best views of Banderas Bay in Puerto Vallarta. This condo is in building II of the Peninsula in Puerto Vallarta. The pictures speak for themselves. The condo has a total of 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers. The fourth bedroom has a half bath a couple feet away. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable in both English and Spanish. Internet is also provided at no additional charge.

The condo takes up the entire north end of the building giving you full 270 degree views of the ocean and mountains. This also allows the ocean breeze that comes in from the west to blow through the condo and come out the east side. Very rarely do you need to turn the air conditioning on with the breeze.

If you haven't been to Puerto Vallarta before, it is one of the safest areas in Mexico that Americans and Canadians can go to. For added peace of mind, the resort has 24 hour gated security at its entrance. On the beach side it is also secured with a keyed gate.

It takes about 5 minutes from the airport by taxi to get to the property. If you want to rent a car there is underground parking available to use but there is really no reason to need your own car as taxis are cheap and always available within 30 seconds of needing one.

Walmart and Sam's club are both less than a half mile away so you can get any supplies you need without having to figure out where to go. Costco is about a mile away in the other direction. There are also multiple restaurants in the Peninsula Plaza which is just a few feet from the condo. There are also banks to exchange money and a casino with sports book in the plaza. Starbucks is also located in the plaza to get your caffeine fix.
