The large picture window permits an ocean view from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Sliding doors to the patio permit watching the sunrise from the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed (new 2014 mattress and 500 count combed cotton sheets) and a private bath. Shower in the Master Bath boasts a luxury showerhead. The second bedroom has private access to the second bathroom, a queen size bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom sleeps two persons in cozy comfort. The bathrooms have been totally renovated. The kitchen has been totally renovated, and has all new appliances and a stone countertop. It is fully equipped with everything needed to grill steaks or prepare a full Thanksgiving Dinner. The dining table seats six comfortably for a big meal.

Directions
From Jacksonville, travel South on I-95 to St. Augustine. Travel East to State Road A1A and follow South to the Condo Reef Club.
From South Florida, travel North on I-95. Exit on US1 North to County Road 306. Travel East to A1A. Travel North on A1A to Colony Reef Club, abou3 3 miles from CR 306.
Neighborhood
Located on Anastasia Island, Colony Reef Club is directly on A1A South, 6 miles South of the Bridge of Lions in downtown St. Augustine. The terrain is sandy, with few trees, except for the native palm trees. The highway is flat, with sidewalks, and excellent for biking or running.

If location is what you want, this is the place!
The [condo] was as advertised: clean & fully furnished. Everything seemed to be in order and functional. We had all we needed for cooking. We enjoyed the beach access and the beach itself is nice and clean. If location is what you are looking for this is the place! Thanks for all the personal touches. We really enjoyed ourselves.
