Good sports viewing options with multiple HD TVs. Kitchen has everything you need. Comfy beds, comfy linens, comfy pillows, etc. We are constantly trying to improve quality and comfort of rental house.

Except for summer swimming and winter skiing, most outdoor activities are available year-round.

Surround yourself in nature with bountiful waterfalls, the Chattooga National Forest, the Chattooga and the Tallulah Rivers, and the spectacular Tallulah Gorge and Falls and well-maintained State Parks. Lake Rabun and Lake Burton await you with nearby public boat access areas, boat rentals, water skiing, tubing and swimming beaches. Discover Tugaloo and Tallulah Lakes –hidden gems—perfect for a picnic.

Whether riding a horse through forested trails, white water river rafting, zip-lining over a river or canopied forest, playing tennis in an adjacent state park (5 minutes from house) or visiting the nearby Jane Hurt Yarn Nature Interpretative Center, you will be amazed at the proximity and variety of activities available.

Hiking and biking trails abound in a variety of settings—lakeside, riverside and through National Forests and State Parks. Excellent golfing opportunities are close-by and affordable at the Orchard, Kingwood Golf Club near Clayton and a 9-hole public golf course, Rabun Country Golf Club, in Clayton. Excellent fishing abounds for all ages in close-by lakes, streams and rivers. The Tallulah River is stocked twice a week by the Department of Natural Resources. Don’t miss the most beautiful fall foliage in the SE when Lakemont changes seasons. Snow skiing in the winter is available at Sapphire Valley, NC (1 1/2 hours away).
