VILLA AQUA is a custom-built LUXURY VILLA featuring an open floor plan with impressive 16 foot high ceilings in the Great Room. Located just west of Del Prado on SE 12th Terrace, Villa Aqua is in close proximity to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment.. This location on the Honolulu Canal, with a large dock, provides powerboat access to open water in less than ten minutes. There is only one 11.5 foot bridge between Villa Aqua and access to the River and Gulf of Mexico. Either by land or by sea, you are only a short trip away from Captiva and Sanibel Islands, or out into the Gulf of Mexico waters.
Decorator furnishings, formal dining room, gourmet kitchen with new appliances, and family/media room with audio/visual components make this house ideal for entertainment. Three widescreen HDTV's with free satellite access including premium channel and 2 DVD's should satisfy all your video requirements. Wireless phone and free high speed Wi-Fi Internet access will help you stay in touch if you need to tear yourself away from your relaxation in the Florida climate.
The sleeping arrangements accommodate the intimacy for two or the roominess for 10. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a large bathroom with a huge shower as well as a two person Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with traditional tub and shower combo. The living room and den have queen sofa beds providing comfortable total accommodations for ten people. The pool bath adjoins the master bedroom and has access from the bedroom as well as the pool/lanai.
