The Breakers complex is your best choice if you have a family of six (no more than four adults), and would like to stay right on the beach across from Coligny Square (the closest thing to a downtown that the Hilton Head has).

Our unit at Breakers is:

* Regular-size pool (heated from the first week on March until the end of September); even a kiddie pool!

Our unit is located on the third floor and has a great view of the ocean. Enjoy the ocean sounds, breathe fresh salty air, and watch people walking on the beach while sitting on your private balcony.

We have renovated the villa recently, and continue to add improvements every year to make your stay more comfortable:
* NEW queen-size day bed in the living room (sleeps 2 adults very comfortably)
* bunk beds
* washer and dryer
* kitchen furniture and appliances
* tile floors
* High speed Internet (please bring your computer)
* Two flat screen TVs - in the living room and the bedroom!
* NEW queen Sleep Number bed in the master bedroom

Fully-equipped kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, dishes, etc. Villa has central air conditioning and heating.

You will also find VCR and DVD players, and some books for your entertainment.

The villa sleeps six - four adults and two children (on the bunk beds). The top bunk bed is not recommended for children under 12 years old.

There are no elevators in the Breakers, and the villa is NOT handicap accessible.

There is a 3% charge for credit cards.
