32 sleeps 10-12, 1 block to beach

After a day at the beach or sight-seeing, when you are ready for a relaxing evening, you can choose to sit poolside or lounge in your own furnished private fenced patio. This 1600+ S/F home is equipped with a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels etc. Sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with twin over full bunk bed with pull out trundle, loft area with full size futon and 2 sofas downstairs. Parking includes a private attached garage, and a separate reserved parking spot.
Although we are only 1 1/2 blocks from the beach, you may want to drive if you have a lot of gear. The public beach parking is 1 1/2 blocks away and you can also park/drive on the beach. You will need to purchase a beach permit, available at most local stores for $12.00 The permit will be valid from Jan 1-Dec 31
