See it all from an incredibly beautiful vantage point . Step outside the building and you are virtually on the quiet white sand beach – or take a short stroll down the shore to rent sailboats, go hang gliding, fishing, or participate in other water-related activities. The common grounds include a wonderful secure climate-controlled swimming pool, 4 clay tennis courts, shuffle board, gas grill, along with ample sunning areas for those “lazy days” – always a breeze to keep you just the right temperature! Our unit is welcoming and has all that you need to enjoy your stay – including full kitchen supplies and new appliances (yes, even a dishwasher!). Enjoy your coffee and breakfast on the open air balcony with table and chairs, or sip wine while watching the beautiful Gulf Coast sunsets! The unit is clean and updated, with a king-size bed and a pullout queen sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests if needed. We provide all linens, INCLUDING beach towels (we also have beach chairs for you to use). Laundry facilities are on the ground-floor of the complex (and a laundromat is also located across the street in Santini Plaza)
Step outside to see the wildlife along the coast, including herons, egrets, and yes, even dolphins! If you are so inclined, it is a photographer’s paradise! For the golfers, there are numerous public and semi-private courses within a 30 minute drive. You are also a short drive to the coastal inlet area where you can rent a kayak to explore the inner waterway.
Of course you have to occasionally stay in touch back home – thus the unit is equipped with a free private high-speed internet connection and cable TV so that you can keep up with your email and favorite TV shows – or just watch a DVD (Redbox is across the street). In addition, the complex provides free WiFi in the common area while you lounge by the pool. You will enjoy all that Florida has to offer without missing a beat.
The surrounding area is loaded with places to eat – including several eating establishments right across the street in Santini Plaza, including Seafood, Italian, Pizza, Mexican, two coffee shops, a comfortable grill/pub with live music, an EXCELLENT ice cream parlor, and sandwich shop. Just a short drive away encompasses many more restaurants so you will never be wanting for dining choices. A short walk down the beach puts you at Pinchers, a wonderful fun open-air Tiki Bar with terrific burgers, salads, seafood, and lots of drinks – there is even live music every week. There is something for everyone in Fort Myers Beach – all within walking distance of the unit. Wait – we almost forgot to mention that you are a short drive from the Fort Myers Beach Town Square – a wonderful collection of quaint shops and dining establishments – and for those desiring fine shopping, Naples is a short drive away.
For the necessities, there is a Publix Supermarket (rated one of the top grocers in the USA) 1.5 miles down the street, along with a 7 Eleven, CVS, bank, and emergency medical center all within walking distance of the complex. So if you forgot something at home – no problem! In addition, there are some cute apparel shops across the street. A Catholic Church is 2 miles down the street.
