The perfect place to relax in luxury while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, Princess Dresses, Hero Costumes, and Tons of Toys in our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. Adults will be pampered with our extravagant furnishings. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, full size wooden kitchen, Step2 Kitchen, and dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, and too many games and extras to mention, make this the perfect area to entertain kids of all ages. All the adult bedrooms are luxuriously appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
There is a screened-in patio with a Bar-B-Q, Dinning Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). Pool heat and propane is included in the price.
We also have tons of stuff for the very little ones including: several strollers, a pack-n-play (crib), a High-Chair, and a booster seat.

Rental Terms
An early check-in or late check-out can be coordinated for an additional fee.
We do not allow pets in any of our properties.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Smoking is available outside of the properties only.
By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.
• A 25% reservation deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 60 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point.
• All rates are plus 13% tax unless otherwise specified.
• There is a one time cleaning fee ($225).
• There will be a $85 Property Protection & Processing Fee. The Property Protection Fee ($59) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The Processing Fee ($26) covers our administrative costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies.
HURRICANE POLICY
We do not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. The peak season for tropical activity is August through October.
POOL/SPA TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• Pool and Spa heat is included with every reservation
• Pool heaters can sometimes malfunction. No compensation will be given for a malfunctioning heater.
According to Chapter 515.33 of the Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act: Anyone tampering with or disconnecting pool alarms commits a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable by a $5000 fine or one (1) year in jail. ALL STAR Vacation Homes will assess a minimum charge of $75.00 per alarm for its repair/replacement
