By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only (driveway/garages). Extended periods of parking on the road are not permitted by the local Homeowners Association. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. This property is located in Comstock Village – a covenant community – and is being rented subject to the Comstock Village Covenants. As the tenants, you acknowledge receipt of the Comstock Village Covenants (available online) and agree to comply with the covenants.
