A laundry available to guests staying a week, and a two car garage. There is only one other dwelling near the property, a home on the south side of the house only occasionally occupied by weekenders. Seaview on Burton is a secluded retreat, an experience geared toward serenity and relaxation. The ocean and a network of public trails along the bluffs or through the forest are accessible on foot. The ocean is a half mile from the property. The town of Cambria is a mile and a half from the property. The property is on the ocean side of Highway One. Guests must be at least 12 years of age. Pets are not admitted. Hearst Castle is 6 miles from the property.
