Directions
We are located at 95 Harbor Drive, Bass Harbor, ME 04653. From Route 3 in Ellsworth to Route 102, bearing left at the *second* intersection of Routes 102 and 102A (at Harbor Drive) before the gas station and down 0.5 mile on the right hand (harbor) side to 95 Harbor Drive. Take a right before the square black and white sign with our round logo. Look for a white farmhouse with a porch and black shutters, surrounded by a small forest of large maple trees. The office is at the first door on the left - just follow the boardwalk.
Neighborhood
The Pine Cottage is located in a rural, residential neighborhood on the shore, minutes from Acadia's iconic Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse. Launch your kayak with the tide or take the staircase to the water. Close to Southwest Harbor Village for all of the essentials but away from it all.

Rental Terms
Our accommodations are available on a housekeeping basis and maid service is not provided. Cottage guests bring their own linen for weekly reservations. Please ask about linen rental.
We observe 'quiet hours' between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m. to allow everyone to enjoy the peace, privacy, and tranquility of the Island. The Pine Cottage has maximum occupancy of four guests, including children and the ‘little ones’ and is available for the private, exclusive enjoyment of our registered guests - please do not invite others to join you here.
Well-behaved children are welcome, accompanied by an adult while on the premises.
Rates are subject to 9% lodging tax and do not include additional cleaning, as needed.
