We take meticulous care of this condo and furnish it as we would our own home, as we like to stay here at times ourselves.
Our unit is a completely and beautifully renovated 2 bdrm condo in quiet complex- Pergo floors, granite counter tops, newly painted sky blue, new tile bathroom floor. It is full of light, and is peaceful and comfortable.

You can walk across the street to Carpinteria Beach, one of the loveliest, cleanest beaches at the South Central Coast.

We have a year round heated swimming pool at complex, beautiful landscaping, gas grill, and the complex is meticulously maintained.

The wildlife refuge is a short walk and has excellent birding. The seal rookery is down the beach. Dolphins and whales swim offshore. Carpinteria is a lovely beachside town with good restaurants, shops, parks, artists' shops, antique stores, and palm tree lined streets.

Santa Barbara is 15 minutes up Rt. 101, with many family activities and attractions: shops; zoo; botanical gardens; bike paths; watersports, art museum, natural history museum . Summerland is a great nearby town for antiquing and many wineries are nearby.

North bound (from LAX Airport)

Off Highway 101, take the exit at Carpinteria for Casitas Pass [exit 86].
Turn left onto Casitas Pass, then make a right onto Carpinteria Avenue. Continue on Carpinteria Avenue until you reach Linden Avenue. Make a left onto Linden Avenue. Security Deposit: $500 Security Deposit required.
General Terms & Policies:
Check in time in 3pm. Check out time is 10am. Requests for early or late check in / out requests are accepted. We are a non-smoking building and the complex has a strict no pet policy. Thank you.
Rental Agreement:
Once your reservation has been booked your rent will be due 45 days prior to your check in date. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

- If you cancel within 3 months prior to check in you will be charged a $200.00 administrative fee [to be deducted from security deposit].

- If you cancel 1 month prior to check in you will be 50% of your rent.

- If you cancel your reservation (this applies to both a full or a partial cancellation) less than 1 month prior to check in you will be charged the full rent.
