Whichever beach view you prefer, enjoy it while staying in a spotless, very comfortable townhouse just a short stroll from the sand and gently lapping water. Main bedroom has heavenly memory foam mattress king size bed. Comfortable seating, bathrobes, toiletries and all linens provided. Queen bed in second bedroom. Two modern bathrooms, plus a living room level half bath. Elegant furnishings throughout and calming color scheme. Plantation shutters throughout give that tropical feel. Features a modern kitchen with many extras. Washer/dryer in unit is a huge bonus no trailing off to find a laundromat. Also just off the living area is a nice private screened porch overlooking preserve. Two car garage has space enough for storing two cars or one vehicle and your jet-ski & trailer. We provide our guests with a beach cart to load with coolbox/chairs/towels and shade, (all provided). Just short walk over Gulf Blvd to the white sand beach AND there's even a convenience store on site, with the basics, newspapers & beverages. Sea Shell is a waterfront community on the intracoastal waterway. Pool & deck area is often deserted with plenty of newly replaced (spring 2019) sun loungers, chairs & tables - it overlooks the waterway and there's even a shaded spot to watch the passing marine life or FISH from the pier. The City of Indian Shores has a a bike/walking trail alongside Gulf Blvd and guests can take this to the large selection of restaurants a short walk away at Indian Rocks (bike rental close by). Dont fancy walking? The trolley has a convenient stop close by the entrance. Ride as far north as Clearwater Beach or south to St Pete Beach, hopping on and off as the mood carries you! Easy access to Pinellas, Hillsborough and surrounding counties, two airports and the theme parks of Busch Gardens and Orlando, makes this a perfect beach retreat with options. Rates are for four guests maximum. Let me know if you are just a couple, depending on season, can reduce for use of only one bedroom and 1.5 baths. $300 damage/security deposit required (refundable)
