Second floor, newly renovated beachfront condo with a balcony and
breathtaking view of the ocean. It overlooks the main pool and kiddy
pool. You can either take one of two elevators one floor down or
just one flight of steps and walk right onto the pool area AND THEN
ANOTHER SHORT 20 STEPS ONTO THE BEACH AND OCEAN.

The master bedroom has a KING bed and remodeled master-bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress and shares a bath with the third bedroom, which has a pull-out trundle(two singles). There are also two roll-out cots available.

The newly remodeled kitchen boasts marble counters and top-quality
appliances. The recently remodeled bathrooms have lovely new tile,
tub and fixtures.

The 3 bedrooms have new bamboo hardwood flooring with area rugs.

The living area has marble flooring with area rugs.
