Fantastic 'Ski-In' location overlooking the 2nd hole on Copper Creek Golf Course and ski slopes! This location has awesome views of the Ten Mile Range and 'Sky Chutes' to the East! Our property is conveniently located on ground level and near the end of a hallway. Directly outside the unit is a seating area containing two sofas, coffee table, and side table with lamp. This area is understated in that it's a fantastic place to set things down whether entering or exiting. It also provides a wonderful rest area away from the main entrance. Also worth noting is our excellent parking space in the garage. It is located directly below our unit offering superior easy access to and from your vehicle.
The location of our condo is at base of Pitchfork lift which is an excellent training facility that is great for beginners and families during the day (no lift ticket needed for this lift). In addition, it provides nice sledding after the lifts close. It is directly behind the condo so you can walk out to lift and then ski in to the building at lunch or day's end.
We are just across the street from Woodward at Copper which is a year round ski and snowboard training camp dedicated to park and pipe progression. Directly adjacent to Woodward is Copper Mountain's Athletic Club where you can schedule a relaxing massage. It also includes a 25 yard pool, weight room, cardio equipment, spas, steam rooms, and racquetball.
Our very nice, cozy one bedroom, sleeps four comfortably , is fully furnished with gas fireplace for relaxing apres ski enjoyment. A fully adjustable 42' LED Smart TV is in the living area. The bedroom features a Queen bed, Flat Panel TV with remote, and plenty of closet space & hooks. The newly remodeled kitchen includes concrete countertops, stone backsplash, beautiful hickory cabinets featuring large round robin in corner for easy access to pots & pans. Wood flooring, carpet, and paint are new throughout as well as new tile and lighting in the bathroom. In addition, the unit also features FREE wireless internet access for our guests.
The condominium is a 3 minute walk to Center Village and those lifts. The swimming pool, or extra large hot tub as we call it, is outdoors and heated year round.

Directions from the Airport or heading to Copper from the Denver area:
1. Start out going North on Peña Blvd, then 0.02 miles
2. Take Peña Blvd toward Terminal East, then 1.02 miles
3. Turn slight left to stay on Peña Blvd, then 10.81 miles
4. Merge onto I-70 W via the exit on the left, then 89.38 miles
5. Merge onto Highway 91/CO-91 S via EXIT 195 toward Copper Mtn/Leadville, then 0.55
6. Turn right onto Copper Rd, then 0.63 miles
7. Turn left onto Ten Mile Cir, Then 0.05 miles
PLEASE NOTE: Ten Mile Cir is 0.2 miles past Wheeler Pl
8. Take the 1st left onto Uneva Pl, then 0.03 miles
PLEASE NOTE: The sign for Uneva Pl can be difficult to see, especially at night. If you reach Guller Rd, then you've gone a little too far.
9. 56 Uneva Pl, Copper Mountain, CO 80443, 56 UNEVA PL is on the right.
~ If you reach the end of Uneva Pl you've gone a little too far, the paraking garage will be just shy of the end of the road.
Directions from the West (Grand Junction) would be the same as steps 4 - 9 except step 4 would entail being I-70 E (instead of I-70 W).

ALSO: The keys will be in a lock box just inside the buildings front doors. The front door is located by the pool. There is a cabinet inside the vestibule that has all the lock boxes. You will locate our lock box on the second level of the lock boxes and enter code we will give you soon before arrival. There are (3) red card keys in the box. I would recommend leaving one in the box at all times just in case you forget to grab a key when you walk out of the room. The door locks are hotel style.
