Imperial Beach Sand and Sea Retreat

I have decided to list my Imperial Beach vacation rental on other websites due to HomeAway's new policy of taking a 4% to 9% "service fee" from my guests (for no apparentl reason except for greed). I have a well-developed website on the HomeAway network, including excellent reviews over the 10 years I have owned this condo. You can search for "Imperial Beach Sand and Sea Retreat" through the HomeAway network (which includes VacationRental.com and VRBO.com) but please don't contact me through HomeAway or else they will want to charge the rip-off fee (I'm already paying them a substantial yearly fee to advertise the property).

The condo is a 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit located 200 yards from the sand. It is a "rowhouse" style unit. The ground floor is a two-car garage and laundry. The middle level located above the street includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom. The top floor consists of two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The rear bedroom has a queen bed. The front bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds.

The condo is very clean and comfortable and is fully equipped with everything to make your vacation peaceful and stress-free. You need only bring clothes and toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, dishwasher and microwave, and includes normal small appliances, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware. The beds are comfortable and the linens are updated often. The garage includes a large quantity of beach gear including 4 chairs, rolling cart, body boards for children and adults, and good-quality beach towels.
