Beautiful condo right on the beach, with pool, fully furnished and completely remodeled with granite counter-tops, maple cabinets, new floors, paint, and furniture. Master has king size bed, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, his/hers sink/vanity. Bedroom 2 has queen size bed, closet, TV/DVD. Bedroom 3 has queen size bed, closet.

The chef's kitchen with all the tools you need to cook a wonderful meal, or just have a glass of wine on the patio overlooking the pool and Gulf of Mexico and then go out to dinner!

Your home away from home is fully furnished including linens, towels, and beach toys.

Reserved covered parking space, beach closet, shuffleboard, BBQ grills and poolside shower round out the amenities of this lovely condo.

Property owner lives in Tampa and is very attentive to tenant needs.

Unit is suitable for elderly and children. We are located on the third level of the building, centrally located in between the two elevators in the building (approx. 100 feet away from the elevators). There are two unreserved handicapped spaces at the building. These spaces require a handicap placard or license plate from the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles.The assigned parking space for the unit is not suitable for egress from vehicle into a wheelchair. Unit has a child's "Pack-n-Play" crib without linens.

 Check-in Time: 4:00 PM
 Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  Payment Options: Cash
Security Deposit: A reservation/damage deposit of $750 is required upon lease signing. These funds will be returned less any damage expenses within 30 days of your check-out date. Fifty percent (50%) of lease, plus fees ($125 cleaning fee, $75 condo association fee) and taxes (12% of base rent) is due within 90 days of your check-in date. The remaining 50% is due within 60 days of your check-in date. We accept checks, cash, cashiers/bankers check, money orders in US Dollars only. We do not accept credit cards due to the exorbitant fees charged by the credit card companies.
