Directions

From Miami or Ft. Lauderdale airports, drive south on FLoirda's turnpike to its end in FLorida City. Take US #1 south towards Key West. The house is at Mile Marker 86 before you cross over the Snake Creek Draw Bridge. After passing Founders Park and "Betsy" the lobster in front of the Rain Barrel, go until the Weigh Station and turn right unto Venetian Blvd, go .5 miles and turn left onto Giardino Dr. 110 is the 3rd house on the right. Pull into the driveway.

General Terms & Policies:
The house is beautifully maintained and equipped. Please notify owner if anything is not in working order. Boat lift use is by special arrangement only. Be considerate of your neighbor. No loud noises or music especially in the evening after 9PM. No smoking allowed. Check in and out times can be adjusted by mutual consent. Please contact owner.
Rental Agreement:
This house is large and everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy their holiday. Please understand that both water and electricity are expensive in the Keys. The house is equipped with three air conditioned levels. If you are not using a level, please raise the thermostat to 80-81 degrees. Please do not open the doors and run the A/C. Also be conscious of water usage and be conservative in the use of water. Utilities are monitored and if your consumption exceeds normal usage, the overage will be subtracted from your security deposit. Please notify owner if there are any issues with running water, broken items, or items in need of repair.
