Separate '2 bedroom apartment' with new kitchen on lower level -- great for extended family (house rented as one unit). Large living room and dining room (table seats 10) for entertaining. Only a mile from Nauset beach, a block to ice cream, and convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Directions

Come over the Sagamore Bridge or Bourne Bridge, take route 6 East 40 min to exit 12, Orleans. Take a right off the exit. Right at the first light onto Eldridge Parkway. Cross through first light across route 28. Turn right at next light onto Main St. Travel about 1 mile and bear left at fork at the Barley Neck Inn onto Beach Road. Take the first right onto Mill Lane. 3 Mill Lane is the first house on the left. It has a gravel driveway. You have arrived at a wonderful vacation location.

This location in Orleans has a good array of activities from Ocean Beach (with Surf) at Nauset Beach to Bay Beach at Skaket where the tide goes out 1/4 mile at low tide revealing lovely walking sand. Wonderful opportunities for Biking on bike trails nearby and Boating on the ocean or inlet bays and estuaries. The private back yard is a wonderful place to relax and read a book, or play a variety of yard games including whiffle ball, Can Jam, Badminton, Frisbee. Only a 1 mile walk or bike ride to Nauset beach, a 9 mile stretch of sand that goes further than you can see. You will find the house equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Rental Terms

 Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

  Payment Options: Checks
Security Deposit: One Night's rent, $350 in the high season and $250 in the off season. Deposit is returned once the cleaner has inspected the property.
General Terms & Policies:
This is our vacation home, so please treat is as you would treat your own home. We have tried to provide all the equipment and paper goods you will need for your vacation. We do not supply linens. We can refer you to a local company to provide linens.
Rental Agreement:
We ask for one half of the rental when you book, and the balance plus security deposit paid 30 days prior to your vacation. In the event of a cancellation, the downpayment will be refunded if we are able to rent the canceled week. We will send you a lease apon reservation, which you will return signed with your downpayment. This will confirm your reservation.
