Inside, the condo is warm and inviting! You will instantly feel relaxed and at home. The master suite has a private bathroom, king-size bed, and TV. The full wall of south facing windows have a direct view of the beach. You can hear the ocean as you sleep and watch the sunrise in the morning.

The second bedroom has one queen bed AND one twin bed (as well as a pack-n-play if needed), and direct access to its own full bathroom. It also has a TV.

The full kitchen, dining space and living room are open-concept, with a full view of the beach from the entire space.

There is central air conditioning throughout, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. The unit also has a flat screen TV with a DVD player, cable, and hi-speed wireless internet access.


No more packing bags and coolers in preparation for a day at the beach! Just walk out the lanai door, and the beach is steps away right in front of you! You can't even build this close to the water today! We provide beach chairs, beach toys, towels, and an assortment of games. The beach front pool is located in the center of the complex, again, just steps out the lanai door! There are tennis courts with rackets available to borrow. The property has tiki huts and gas grills close by.

The unit is handicapped accessible and non-smoking. The reserved parking spot that comes with the unit is about as close as you can get to the front door!

We have put our hearts into making our condo a space that we love! We have made many memories here with our own kids and grandkids, and we visit and update frequently. Our goal is to make this a space that you will love to visit year after year too!
