The property is located within walking distance to The Eisenhower Medical Center(EMC) in a very discriminating, quite neighborhood. The River shopping plaza is just west, about 3/4 of a mile away. For those that might enjoy a little casino action or entertainment... Agua Caliente is located on the10 about 15 minutes away due east.
