This roomy, ramp accessible, single level, air conditioned home is ideally located for short, level walks to the area’s features. The home has a large, comfortable living room and kitchen, two bathrooms (one with tub/shower) and three bedrooms that sleep six. An outside gas grill is provided. A large, grassy, tree-filled park is located immediately across the street, complete with charcoal grills, picnic tables and playground equipment. The Muskegon Channel runs alongside this park, connecting Lake Michigan to Muskegon Lake. The Muskegon State Park runs the length of the channel on the opposite side, furnishing beautiful views of its pine trees and dunes. A walkway runs continuously alongside the channel for ½ mile – great for leisurely walks or bike rides. The Great Lakes Naval Memorial/Museum and USS Silversides submarine are located along this walkway, with tours available. Lake Michigan’s clean, white sand beaches are as nearby as a short 300 yard walk from the home.
