Beautiful Naples Stonebridge Private Country Club condominium with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lake view, 1st floor easy access, with granite counter-tops, tiled and wood floors, eat-in kitchen, covered parking and the optional great Stonebridge amenities which include, golf, tennis, fitness center and private clubhouse and restaurant (where food is excellent and very affordable). Stonebridge is located in North Naples near Airport Pulling rd and Immokalee rd minutes to beaches, shopping and dining. Free driving range, free cable TV and free Wi-Fi Internet.
Totally renovated in 2014 with brand new air conditioning/heating unit in 2019. In 2019, new top grade kitchen stainless steel appliances.

Rental fees
- Home Owner Association (HOA) non-refundable approval process: $180 per stay
-Tax rate: 10% of rent when less than 6 months
-Optional one time Stonebridge golf & community membership transfer fee $350 per stay (Does NOT include green fees and cart extra $)
- Cleaning fee: $125 at end of stay (option to hire cleaning service during your stay)
- Refundable damage deposit: $500 (15 days after your stay)
- Discount is available for multiple month's rental (excluding January to April)
Additional notes
Green fees not included, extra $ from 25$ to 95$/person/18 holes with cart (depending on season, see Stonebridge Country Club for more info).
Cancellation policy (see contract agreement for full details)
Cancellation made 6 months prior to the arrival date results in refunds of any payments made less $500.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation made less than 6 months prior to arrival results in full payment being forfeited. See rental agreement for full details. No refund for late arrivals or early departures.
About Robert (owner)
I was born in Montreal and established in Quebec City, graduated in Mechanical Engineering 30 years ago. Felt in love with Naples 35 years ago and decided that paradise would be part of my life when I retire. Today I spend summer north of the border and enjoy what Florida has to offer during cold winter. Enjoy it as much as I do.
