General Terms & Policies:
Due to advanced placement of bookings (usually 9 to 12 months in advance), no reservations may be finalized until full payment is tendered by Guest and received by Owner.
Rental Agreement:
On-site property agent. Terms: Guests responsible for damage to property and contents caused by Guests. Sorry, no refunds, re-bookings or cancellations of a reserved booking, unless cancelled 180 days in advance, in which case 50% of refund shall be issued to Customer. No refunds of any sort if reservation arises from a charitable donation, silent auction or charity event. Owner supplies include: Towels, Linens, Bedding, and Toiletries (soap, shampoo, tissue and toilet paper). Use extreme care when traveling to island. Swim in designated safe areas where life guards are present and near-by. Safeguard all valuables and lock up all ingress and egress to the home. Kauai is a safe and beautiful place, but exercise good care and Aloha.
