First Floor: Welcoming front porch leads to an open floor plan with beautiful oak floors throughout. The living room is open to the dining room with french doors to the deck, yard and outdoor shower. Kitchen with vaulted ceiling and stainless appliances. Master bedroom with ample closets and master bathroom. Half bath and laundry.

Second Floor: Second master bedroom with private bath. Third bedroom, with two twin beds, and fourth bedroom, with trundle-style two twin beds, share hall bathroom.

Enjoy your morning coffee on one of three porches, a family barbecue or be amazed by the expanse of stars in the night sky.

The kitchen has all the cooking supplies and utensils you will need, including a lobster pot for the quintessential New England dinner.

The deck offers outdoor eating, as well as a barbecue. An outdoor shower is perfect for washing the sand off after a day at the beach, and lounge chairs draw sun-worshippers and star-gazers alike.

The house is set back from the road and offers privacy and quiet comfort, if that is what you are looking for (except, of course, for the sound of the surf that carries up from the beach). Rabbits are frequent visitors to the yard and Nantucket deer regularly pass through.

Nantucket roses perfume the air, while a variety of blue and purple hydrangea decorate the front of the house.

Linens are supplied for you so all you will have to bring are your beach towels and clothes. If you take the ferry to the island, you might want to bring bicycles, though they can be rented in town for the duration of your stay.
