Rental Terms
Person renting the condo must be of at least 21 years of age.
Starting Jan 1, 2016, our general manager informed all of the owners, that the resort will be required to collect the 19% Honduran Sales/Tourism tax on any reservation made after Jan1 2016.
The resort will only charge you 19% of the total that you paid us for the rental of our condo. Please note:
We do not charge this or collect this fee. The resort charges this fee and then pays the Government.
There is an additional onetime fee that Infinity Bay Resort charges at the time of check out, and this is paid directly to them. We do not charge this. The fee is $46.21 for final check out/ cleaning fee the resort charges.
Please check your bill at time of check out before signing, to make sure all of your charges are correct.
Transfers:
When you rent our condo, I will make arrangements for you with the resort for COMPLIMENTARY FREE ROUND TRIP transportation from the airport, or ferry dock per reservation. I can only make transfer arrangements for guests staying in our condo. These transfers are only good on the day you arrive to check in to our condo, and on the day you check out of our condo. (Sorry, no multiple transfers for guests arriving or departing at separate times. Sorry, no exceptions!

Meal Plans: We do not offer any type of meal plan.
What is Included with your rental price:
You will enjoy free wifi and free unlimited use of kayaks.
The resort provides maid service midweek for stays 7 nights or longer.
Fresh towels and toiletries such as soap, shampoo, lotions, are provided and replaced with housekeeping or, you can have these provided as needed throughout your stay by contacting the front desk as needed.

Payment:
We accept credit cards payments through PayPal, the most trusted and secure way to make payments.
There are no hidden booking fees.
We are happy to let you use everything in our condo. We greatly appreciate you taking care of all items during your stay. Please do not remove any items from our condo. If items become missing, it may result in a service charge to you.
Please keep this email from PayPal for your personal records.
Terms are: Payment in full at time of booking to reserve the condo. No exceptions please.
Cancellation Policy:
Holidays such as Christmas week, New Year week, Easter/Semana Santa week,July 4th, non refundable.
All other dates, Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival, full refund minus a $45.00 cancellation fee.
: Cancellation within 44 days prior to arrival, non refundable.
NOTE: We do not offer refunds on partial cancellations within your reservation dates for any reason.
We no longer provide refunds due to illness, so please look into some type of cancelation protection.
: No refunds offered for missed days out of your reservation due to your airlines delays, or missed flights.
We recommend you check with your airlines to see what their policies are in regards to these issues.
Insurance:
We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. We do not provide travelers insurance.

We do not reserve dates without payment in full.

Add Infinity Bay Resort to your bucket list, it's an Amazing Vacation
Roatan and Infinity Bay Resort located on the beautiful West Bay beach, it's was so green and just makes for such an the best vacation. The service at the front desk was exceptional with any requests and Susan was very helpful and responds quickly. We ate at some really good restaurants, they're all spelled out on trip advisor, our favourite was the Hangover Hut... Must eat there (best burger and fries I've ever had) rented a car from the little strip mall in West Bay and went to Eldons in Coxen Hole for groceries. The brands are all american brands we recognize in USA and Canada. We picked up the best tasting fresh produce and fruit from the fruit truck that stops at Infinity Bay and frequents West Bay daily.. ( just talk to the guard at infinity bay) Everyone in West Bay and Infinity Bay Resort were so friendly and nice, communication was a breeze as everyone speaks english, the beach and the water is beautiful, they have a couple floaty chairs, therefore you can float in the pool and look over the edge of the pool and look out at the ocean. The condo on the main floor, very handy and the building is back far enough from the bar and pool it's quite. It's also very safe in West Bay, we walked the beaches and town in the evening no problem. I highly recommend staying at Susan's condo at West Bay Resort, it'll create memories that will last a lifetime. We'll be back.

Love It!
We loved our stay at Infinity Bay. Room was nice. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance our favorite being the hangover hut! The diving was amazing!

Comfort and great complex
The condo itself was comfortable, nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen was ready for our meals. This complex is so well maintained and has some of the friendliest staff I could have imagined. I definitely would recommend this condo to anyone. I liked the location - not too close to the partying bar area and close to the main business building and front desk. The restaurants are both good and excursion staff are on top of everything. Hope to be able to come back.

FABULOUS!!
This place is gorgeous and has all the amenities you would ever want, right there! Our entire trip we spent around the island and exploring and kept saying "I am so glad we are staying where we are". The staff is excellent and the location could not be more perfect. The snorkeling out front of the resort was better than our dives! Very convenient to food, bars, diving, water taxis to West End, or any excursions.

Once again, most beautiful time
Once again we had the most beautiful time at Infinity Bay. This was our second visit and stayed in the same room 801 on the first floor. Room very pretty and clean. Easy to carry all your snorkel equipment down to the most beautiful beach. What a wonderful staff. I'm sure we will be back again! Thanks again Susan!

Another Visit To Paradise......Infinity Bay
My husband and I just returned from our second stay at Infinity Bay. We had a fantastic time ! Oh the clear, blue water and the pristine beaches !! Best i have seen !! Infinity Bay is perfect. Tucked away at the end of the beach but yet also near most places and activities. The pool is gorgeous. It is very easy to find restaurants and the food is excellent, and at a modest price. Infinity Bay also has a great breakfast buffet.Yum. I find the staff to be very helpful, pleasant and ready to please. The property is in excellent shape, maintained on a daily basis. Safe environment and security very visible. Easy to find excursions and you can snorkel right off the beach in front of Infinity Bay. No need to have to go by boat to snorkel. We don't dive but Roatan is well known and visited by diving groups. The dive shop staff was very helpful in helping us get equipped with snorkeling gear. We look forward to returning in 2018 for another visit to paradise !!!!!!!
