This lovely, larger than average, 1375 sq. ft. condo is well furnished and contains a Living/dining area with a 55 inch TV with cable, internet, WIFI and stereo. All utilities included. We also have another unit with the same floor plan without the office.
Included are pool noodles, fishing poles, folding chairs, cards, games and books for your use.
The eat-in kitchen contains a side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, and small appliances such as a coffee grinder and mixer in addition to all dishes, flatware, pots n pans etc.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a master bath with a large walk-in shower with handicap grab-bar, walk-in closet, and all linens included.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a large walk-in closet. The second bathroom has a tub/shower unit with handicap grab-bar and its own well-stocked linen closet.
The office/den has a desk with a printer, internet and WIFI. There is also a queen-sized sofa bed which sleeps 2 additional people.
The unit has is own laundry room with an LG front loading washer and dryer.
The lanai has a George Foreman electric grill and a side view of Lake Rio.
A swimming pool is on the premises.

We rented this condo home for December 2015. Everything about this stay was fantastic. The owners are friendly, kind people. As a property manager myself I was impressed with their efficient management and the clean, pleasant, nothing more needed qualities of the condo. The location is excellent: quiet, residential area, yet near to everything you may need: shopping, supermarkets, restaurant just down the block, churches, barber, exercise facility, walks with golf course and lake view. Unlike other places we've stayed, everything in the condo is quality: furniture, carpeting, dinner-ware, pots, pans, kitchen knives, etc. There are luxury, more expensive, yuppie places some people would rate higher, but for us (we are retired teachers), no stay has been more pleasant.

We really enjoyed our 3 month stay for the winter of 2016. . . the location was great, right next door to the Deep Creek Golf Club, besides being close to everything else, the unit was on the first floor, parked right outside our door, very well equipped and very comfortable. The owner was easy, to work with, if we have the opportunity we would return next year.

We have enjoyed our four month stay here so much and hate to leave . The condo is perfectly set up with all your needs and we want to thank Frank and Jacque for all their hospitality and help in making us feel at home . The wildlife on the water is amazing!! We are returning next year and look forward to our next stay here.
