If you would like to go ahead and make a booking for the house, we require a 50% deposit to take a reservation.
For reservations of 10 nights or less, normal reservations, we have a cancellation policy that provides for a return of funds according to the cancellation notice period provided by the guest:
60 days or more notice: Full refund less processing fees
59-31 days notice: 50% refund less processing fees
30 days or less notice: No refund
For reservations longer than 10 nights, long-term reservations, no refund at all is provided on that proportion of the deposit relating to the reservation in excess of 10 nights.
***Processing fees for cancellation include a USD 250 cancellation fee and any related bank or credit card fees incurred by BajaMar*
