Entering the house, a stunning 180° view filled with blue sea and sky edged by lush Caribbean foliage endlessly flows before you. The sunsets are amazing; brilliant pink and orange skies make a poetic backdrop for cocktails.

The exterior sets a peaceful backdrop for outdoor living; soft grey walls and crisp white trim are accented with white furnishings. Lush gardens surround the villa and the recently expanded 3,000-foot terrace. The new pool in travertine and river rock gently cascades into a shallow pool perfect for children or for a gentle jet massage. A peaceful Buddha accents the Zen mood. A dining gazebo sits at the terrace’s edge, providing spacious seating. The terrace dining table is stunning combination of granite and coral stone, surrounded by a wooden banquette and chairs.

The interiors are newly renovated and refurbished. The overall design is contemporary Caribbean chic. The great room encompasses the kitchen, living room and fabulous views. Comfortable seating in cream leather and tan accessories fills the lounge area. The renovated kitchen is sleek and modern with stainless appliances, white cabinetry and granite countertops plus a large dining counter. The kitchen opens to the view and the outdoor dining area.

Along either side of the terrace are four bedrooms and the Zen room, a media/office space, that sits in the garden like a greenhouse. Although you feel as if you are outdoors, the room is fully air conditioned and filled with comfortable furniture for watching TV, a movie or working from your computer.

Each bedroom has beautiful faux de bois tile floors. The master suite, with private seating inside and out, is Caribbean glamour mixing textures and patterns in cream, taupe, grey, silver and white. Windows on two sides bring in views. The spa style bathroom in dark woods, white porcelain and travertine features a walk-in shower overlooking the ocean. All bathrooms’ feature L’Occitane products.

Three additional equal size bedrooms have a Hollywood/St. Tropez vibe mixed with a splash of Caribbean attitude. Stylish grey, silver, white, and cream fabrics blend with wood and mirror. Each bathroom is designed in dark woods, white porcelain and travertine.

You are well located. The fabulous food scene in Baie Nettle is a few minutes’ drive. You are 8 minutes to the French capital of Marigot, with its shops, restaurants, markets and galleries and 10 minutes to the airport. Grand Case and Philipsburg are only a 30-minute drive away.

Bedrooms:

All four equal-sized bedrooms offer private ensuite bathrooms and are accessed from the pool deck area - ideal for full privacy. Recent updates in the bedrooms include new materials, and color schemes as well new decorations & TVs .
